3-component, flowable, epoxy-cement moisture barrier. Product is designed for apply directly on damp concrete floor. After curing, the floor can tolerant to water vapor underneath which can protect the over coating from blistering and delamination.

2. Excellent adhesion to concrete substrate
3. Vapor barrier layer; protect topcoat from blister and de-lamination
